How it works
Live in three steps
-
Subscribe & brief
Right after checkout you get a short intake: your domain, whether you are moving an existing site or starting fresh, and a secure way to share access. Two minutes, no call.
-
Provision & go live
Your server is configured — NGINX, Redis object cache, free SSL — and your WordPress is installed or your existing site is scheduled to move in. DNS cutover is timed with you.
-
Managed & watched
The stack stays updated and your site is uptime-monitored around the clock. When something needs a human, you write to the desk and the person with root answers.
Every plan includes
- SSD cloud VPS in enterprise datacenters
- NGINX + Redis stack tuned for WordPress
- Free SSL, issued and renewed automatically
- Around-the-clock uptime monitoring
- Direct support desk — no ticket tiers
Good to know
- Monthly subscription — no contract, cancel anytime from your account.
- Full root access is yours on request; it is your server.
- Upgrading or downgrading plans is a support-desk request away.
- Support-desk hours: Mon–Fri, 8AM–11PM EST (Orlando, Florida).
Questions
Before you subscribe
Can you move my existing site in?
Yes — migrations are handled through the Site Migration service, and hosting subscribers get priority scheduling. Starting fresh instead? WordPress is installed and ready as part of provisioning.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account — the server stays yours until the end of the paid period.
What happens when my site grows?
You move up a plan. Write to the desk, the resources change, your site does not notice. Downgrades work the same way.
Who actually answers support?
The developer who runs the servers. No first-line script readers — the person reading your message has root and has probably seen your exact issue before.
Hosting run by the developer who answers
SSD cloud VPS, an NGINX + Redis stack tuned for WordPress, and a support desk that has root — not a reseller panel three tiers away from the server.
